Govt. Polytechnic, Rajpur – Sadhaura, Distt. Yamuna Nagar established on 01.01.2021 has emerged as one of the leading educational institutions of the State. It is a co-educational Government Polytechnic affiliated to Haryana State Board of Technical Education. It takes pride in being the new Polytechnic in Haryana State, located amidst beautiful natural surroundings; the Polytechnic is about 3.5 kilometers from Sadhaura town. The classes of the Polytechnic functioned at Seth Jai Parkash Polytechnic, Damla, Distt. Yamuna Nagar until 2020 after which it was shifted to Govt. Polytechnic, Rajpur – Sadhaura, Distt. Yamuna Nagar at its own building. Initially Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering disciplines were introduced in the Polytechnic in 2018. Today the College offers Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, the five courses with 300 total intake. The courses and the medium of teaching are in English Language. The Institute is spread over an area of about 6 acres. The campus is laid out with teaching blocks, workshop block, Separate Common room for Girls and Boys and Play Ground etc. The Institute has spacious and well ventilated class rooms, labs equipped with latest and modern machinery to impart practical knowledge to the students.

The Institute has well furnished library and it subscribes magazines and News Papers, Reference books, E-Books, E-Journals to keep the students and teachers up – to – date in every field of knowledge.The Institue has an E-Library in which students can access online learning resources like E-books,E-Journals etc.
